The general terms and conditions of the JAANIT.COM online store have been compiled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1) and the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-1).

The online store JAANIT.COM (hereinafter also “store”) is operated by the company AS NACIONAL Consulting doo, Dragočajna 27, registration number: 8576904000, tax number: SI53784804, which is also a provider of e-commerce services (hereinafter also the seller or Jaanit). com).

The General Terms and Conditions determine the operation of the JAANIT.COM online store, the rights and obligations of the user and the store, and regulate the business relationship between JAANIT.COM and the customer.

The buyer is bound by the general conditions that are valid at the time of purchase (placing an online order). When placing an order, the user is reminded of the general terms and conditions of business and confirms his / her acquaintance with them by placing an order.

  1. Types of users
    With a one-time registration in the JAANIT.COM online store via e-mail, the visitor becomes a guest of Jaanit.com, and with a confirmed registration in the Jaanit.com online store, he becomes a member of Jaanit.com. Both the guest and the member of Jaanit.com (hereinafter also the user) acquire the right to purchase in the online store Jaanit.com.

Upon registration in the Jaanit.com online store, the visitor obtains a username that is the same as his e-mail address and a password. The username and password of the Jaanit.com member are unambiguously determined and linked to the entered data.

Registration is also possible during the purchase process.

  1. Availability of information
    Jaanit.com undertakes to provide the customer with the following information before it is bound by the contract or offer:

information about the company (name and registered office of the company, registration number),
contact information that enables the user to communicate quickly and efficiently (e-mail, telephone),
the essential characteristics of the items (including after-sales services and warranties) and the period of validity of this information,
availability of items (each item offered on the website should be available within a reasonable time),
terms of delivery of items (and method, place and deadline of delivery),
prices, which must be clearly and unambiguously set and must show clearly whether they already include taxes and transport costs and other charges, and the period of validity of this information,
the method of payment and delivery or completion, and the period of validity of this information,
time validity of the offer,
deadline within which it is possible to withdraw from the contract and conditions for withdrawal (description of the right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 43.č ZVPot; in cases where the consumer does not have the right to withdraw in accordance with Article 43.č ZVPot, he is explicitly informed) ,,

  1. Offer of items
    Due to the nature of online business, the Jaanit.com offer is updated and changed frequently and quickly. Prices in the online store are the prices set by AS NACIONAL Consulting d.o.o. and which apply to purchases through the Jaanit.com online store. The best offer of the day is a specially reduced price of the item, which is valid for a certain period for certain items that are in the offer of Jaanit.com. marked with a discount. Next to the item, there is a percentage reduction compared to the recommended price of Jaanit.com.
  2. Order purchase contract between AS NACIONAL Consulting d.o.o. and is concluded for the customer in the online store Jaanit.com at the moment when Jaanit.com sends the customer the first electronic message about the status of his order (with the title: confirmation of receipt of the order). From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both Jaanit.com and the buyer.

  3. Methods of payment
    Jaanit.com provides the following payment methods:

    After delivery of the ordered items, JAANIT.com also sends an invoice to the customer in .pdf format to the customer’s e-mail address.

The invoice includes a breakdown of the price and all costs related to the purchase, as well as a notice of the right to withdraw from the contract.

The buyer is obliged to check the correctness of the data before placing the order. Subsequent objections regarding the correctness of the issued invoices are not taken into account.

  1. Prices
    The price is the same for all Jaanit.com users. You become a Jaanit.com user by registering in the online store as a member of Jaanit.com or by logging in to the online store as a guest.

All prices already include 22% VAT

Prices are valid at the time of placing the order and do not have a predetermined validity.

Prices are valid in case of payment with the above methods of payment, under the above conditions.

Despite tremendous efforts to provide the most up-to-date and accurate information, price information may be inaccurate. In this case, or in the event that the price of the item changes during the processing of the order, Jaanit.com AS NACIONAL Consulting d.o.o. allow the buyer to withdraw from the purchase.

Discounts, promotional codes, etc. do not add up.

Funds paid according to gift certificates, bonuses and proforma invoices are not remunerated. Gift certificates and discount bonus codes cannot be exchanged for cash.

    After placing the order, the buyer receives a notification by e-mail that the order has been accepted. A comprehensive information on the status and content of the order is always available to the Jaanit.com member on the website. Jaanit.com reviews the order, checks the availability of the ordered items and confirms the order or rejects it with a reason. Jaanit.com may call the customer on his contact telephone number to verify the information or to ensure the accuracy of the delivery. Jaanit.com is solely bound by the delivery by its supplier and the time in which that supplier can deliver the item. It informs the customer via e-mail about up-to-date information regarding the delivery of items. If the delivery period is very long and the customer does not want to wait, the customer can notify Jaanit.com, which will remove the item from the order and return any funds already paid to the customer, and other items from the order at the customer’s choice or delivered or cancel the entire order.
  6. The order is shipped
    Jaanit.com prepares, sends the item within the agreed deadline and notifies the customer by e-mail. The e-mail also informs the customer about the policy of withdrawal from the contract, where to turn in case of delay in delivery and where to turn in case of complaint.

In the event that the buyer decides to cancel the order in time, he must immediately inform the seller on the general helpline number 041 457 368 or at info@jaanit.com. If it happens that the order has already been shipped, the buyer rejects the shipment to the delivery service.

  1. Purchase for legal entities
    The purchase process for legal entities is exactly the same as for natural persons. If you want an invoice to the company, let us know at info@jaanit.com. We enable companies, sole proprietors and other legal entities to return the delivered items within the warranty conditions. The listed legal entities do not have the option to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the item for no reason, as is the case for consumers (natural persons).

It is not possible to claim a material error and refund the purchase price for legal entities. Purchases of legal entities are also subject to the General Terms and Conditions of Jaanit.com, you can read more about the possibilities of returns under the warranty conditions at the bottom of the page or on the page about returns.

  1. The consumer’s right of withdrawal from the contract
    The consumer (this applies only to natural persons who acquire the item for purposes outside their gainful activity) has the right to notify the seller within 14 days of receipt of the items that he withdraws from the contract without having to give a reason for his decision. The deadline starts one day after the date of receipt of the items.

Withdrawal from the contract is notified by the consumer to the seller’s e-mail address: info@jaanit.com.

In case of withdrawal from the contract, the consumer returns the received item or by mail to the seller’s address:

The return of the received items to the company within the deadline for withdrawal from the contract is considered a notice of withdrawal from the contract.

The consumer must return the item to the seller undamaged and in the same quantity, unless the item is destroyed, damaged, lost or its quantity has decreased without the consumer’s fault. The consumer may not use the items without hindrance until the withdrawal from the contract. The consumer may inspect and test the articles to the extent strictly necessary to establish the actual situation. Testing an item that deviates from the above is considered to be the use of the items, which means that the consumer thereby loses the right to withdraw from the contract.

The only cost borne by the consumer in connection with the withdrawal from the contract is the cost of returning the items (which in the case of shipping is charged according to the price list of the delivery service and depends on whether it is a shipment / package / cargo). The item must be returned to the seller no later than 14 days from the notification of withdrawal from the contract (purchase).

The consumer shall not have the right to withdraw from the contract in the case of contracts the subject of which is an article which has been manufactured according to the precise instructions of the consumer, adapted to his personal needs.

Refunds will be made as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receipt of the notice of withdrawal. In order to ensure the certainty, accuracy and timeliness of the refund and to provide records of payments, the refund of the payment to the customer is made exclusively by transfer to his transaction account. Cash refunds are not possible!

Upon withdrawal from a contract where a bonus, discount code or promotional code has been used, these funds are considered a discount and are not returned to the user. Only the paid amount is returned to the user’s bank account, and at the same time the used bonus or promotional code in the form of a new code is returned to the user. Upon withdrawal from the contract, the gift voucher is considered as a means of payment and returned to the user as a gift voucher, and the amount paid is returned to the user’s bank account.

In exceptional cases, when the items are not returned in accordance with the ZVPot, we can offer the consumer the purchase of the item with the appropriate compensation, which is determined by the minutes upon return. Discounted redemption is taken into account upon confirmation by the consumer by e-mail. The consumer uses the said redemption only when ordering another item of the same or higher value.

The right to a refund of the purchase price in the event of a warranty claim and material defects is regulated in more detail by the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act (unofficial consolidated text).

Withdrawal of the consumer from the contract for the items from the set
If the consumer decides to withdraw from the contract for the items that make up the kit, he can request a replacement for the same kit or a refund for the entire kit. The consumer can replace the item from the set in the event of a material error or damage to the item, but cannot request a refund. In the case of claiming the warranty of the item from the set, the manufacturer’s warranty period applies.

  1. Actual error
    When is the error real? Staff:

    the item does not have the properties necessary for the specific use for which the buyer is buying it, but which was known to the seller or should have been known to him
    the item does not have properties and qualities that have been explicitly or tacitly agreed or prescribed
    the seller has delivered an item that does not match the pattern or model, unless the pattern or model was shown for notification only.
    How is the suitability of an item checked?
    It is checked with another, faultless item of the same type, as well as with the manufacturer’s statements or statements on the item itself.

How does a real mistake materialize?
The buyer can exercise the rights arising from a material defect if he notifies the seller of the defect within two months from the day when the defect was discovered. The seller is not responsible for defects that occur after 2 years from the purchase.

  1. Acceptance of items returned from the handling of a material error
    The buyer is obliged to take over the item that he handed over to the seller for consideration after the end of the examination. It will be returned to the buyer at the delivery address.

The seller sends the buyer a notice of the return of the item from consideration and invites him to take over the item. The buyer is obliged to pick up the item within 14 days from the date of notification.

  1. Returned items with open packaging
    Returned items are items that were on Jaanit.com AS NACIONAL Consulting d.o.o. returned and have minor defects (damaged packaging, scratches, etc.) and go on resale.

The type of defects or the condition of the item are stated in writing for each item (both in the item description and on the invoice).

Returned items in Jaanit.com AS NACIONAL Consulting d.o.o. we review. Due to inspection for these items despite return and open packaging, etc. we guarantee their flawless operation.

In the event of non-functioning of the returned item, the customer is entitled to withdraw from the contract within the same deadlines as for other items.

  1. Delivery
    Contractual partner for delivery of shipments from the seller Jaanit.com, AS NACIONAL Consulting d.o.o. is Pošta Slovenije and GLS, but AS NACIONAL Consulting d.o.o. reserves the right to choose another delivery service if it will be able to fulfill the order more efficiently.     Jaanit.com, AS NACIONAL Consulting d.o.o. use appropriate technological and organizational means to protect the transfer and storage of personal data and payments.

  1. Protection of personal data
    Jaanit.com AS NACIONAL Consulting d.o.o. undertakes to permanently protect all personal data of the user in accordance with ZVOP-1.

Jaanit.com keeps the following data of members for an indefinite period of time: name and surname, e-mail address, contact telephone number, primary address and delivery addresses, country of residence, time and date of registration and archive of communication with Jaanit.com.

Jaanit.com uses the stated personal data exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the order (sending information material, offers, invoices) and other necessary communication with the member.

Under no circumstances will the user’s data be passed on to unauthorized persons.

Jaanit.com only stores the following guest information for the time until the order is fulfilled: name and surname, e-mail address, contact telephone number, primary address and delivery addresses, country of residence, time and date of registration and archive of communication with Jaanit.com. After the order has been filled in, only the data related to the individual order are stored, which can only be accessed by knowing the account number and the order number.

The user is also responsible for the protection of personal data by ensuring the security of his e-mail address, username and password and the appropriate software (anti-virus) protection of his computer.

  1. Communication
    Jaanit.com will contact the user via means of distance communication only if the user does not explicitly object to this and in accordance with the provisions of ZEKom-1.

Jaanit.com advertising emails will contain the following components:

  1. Limitation of Liability
    AS NACIONAL Consulting d.o.o. makes every effort to ensure that the information published on its website is up-to-date and correct. However, the characteristics of the items, the delivery time or the price may change so quickly that it fails to correct the information on the website. In such a case, it will notify the customer of the changes and allow him to withdraw from the contract or replace the ordered item.

AS NACIONAL Consulting d.o.o. has the option to withdraw from the contract only if an obvious error is established (Article 46 of the Civil Code). An obvious defect is considered to be a defect in the essential characteristics of the item and all errors that are considered decisive according to the customs of the store or the intention of the customers and which AS NACIONAL Consulting d.o.o. in case of knowledge I would not confirm or conclude the contract. This also includes obvious price errors.

  1. Complaints and disputes
    AS NACIONAL Consulting d.o.o. respects the applicable European consumer protection legislation. Jaanit.com makes every effort to fulfill its duty to establish an effective complaint handling system and to designate a person with whom, in the event of problems, the customer can contact by phone or e-mail.

The complaint is submitted via e-mail address info@jaanit.com. The appeal procedure is confidential. Jaanit.com will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within five business days, inform the customer how long it will take to process it and keep him informed of the progress of the procedure.

Jaanit.com is aware that an essential feature of a consumer dispute, at least as far as judicial resolution is concerned, is its disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the costs incurred in resolving the dispute itself. This is also the main obstacle to the consumer not initiating a dispute in court. That is why AS NACIONAL Consulting d.o.o. endeavors to the best of its ability to resolve any disputes amicably.

In the case of judicial settlement of disputes, the court having jurisdiction over the consumer’s domicile has jurisdiction.

Out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes
In accordance with legal norms, Jaanit.com does not recognize any provider of out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes as competent for resolving consumer disputes that could be initiated by the consumer in accordance with the Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes Act.

Jaanit.com, AS NACIONAL Consulting d.o.o., which as a provider of goods and services enables online trade in the territory of the Republic of Slovenia, publishes on its website an electronic link to the platform for online resolution of consumer disputes (SRPS).
